Jeffrey M. Hill has been a practicing Real Estate Agent for the past 25 years, over half of which as Broker/Owner of Chest-Mount Realty Inc. During this period he has had the privilege of being involved in numerous residential and commercial real estate projects, in various capacities.
As Broker/Owner/Coach of Chest-Mount Realty Inc., Mr. Hill has had the privilege of mentoring and nurturing the careers of a number of real estate professionals, many of whom have gone on to establish real estate brokerages or have chosen to further their careers in the real estate finance and counceling industries.
Mr. Hill is a member of the CCIM Institute and holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation. The most widely recognized and respected designation in the commercial and investment real estate field.
Prior to founding Chest-Mount Realty Inc. in 1995, Mr. Hill worked for various real estate agencies in the capacity of a licensed real estate agent and later as an associate real estate broker. In addition, he served as project manager on various residential construction projects.
Mr. Hill has exstensive background in real estate finance. He has worked in the capacity of Loan Originator/loan officer, Community Mortgage banking Manager and Senior Loan officer /Manager for various known mortgage-banking institutions such as GMAC, Fleet Mortgage Corp. and American Home Funding to name a few.
As past President of the Mount-Airy Business Association, a 501c6 association in the City Of Philadelphia, Mr. Hill was at the forefront of the Germantown Avenue Revitalization Initiative. He was also a co-founder of MART (Mount-Airy Revitalization Team), which was the forerunner of Mount-Airy USA, a 501c3 community development corporation and housing counciling agency in Northwest Philadelphia.
An active real estate investor over the past twenty-five years, Mr. Hill’s practical knowledge in this area is immeasurable. As a mentor and coach Jeffrey has assisted many real estate investor’s, whom under his tuteledge have amassed considerable wealth utilizing his proven systems and methodology.
